After a fiery car accident in 2004 left her in a coma, Pinqy Ring set her heart and head on sharing her story through Hip Hop. Since then, this Phoenix has risen over and over again and is ready to take on the music industry. "Phoenix" was written, recorded and shot during Pinqy's artist residency at Ragdale. She was the first rapper to reside and make music on the prestigious organization's grounds. Her bars pay homage to her re-birth, and the visuals represent her rise in rap. A proud Puerto Rican MC, Pinqy spits in both Spanish and English giving the vocal proof that she is ready to spar - bar for bar - for the crown.
