Fmr. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn Pleads Guilty In Mueller Case

Michael FlynnFormer U.S. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is charged with making false statements to the FBI and pleaded guilty Friday morning in federal court.

Flynn resigned as Trump's National Security Advisor after information surfaced that he had misled Vice President Mike Pence about the nature and content of his communications with the Russian ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak. Michael Flynn's tenure of just 24 days was the shortest in the history of the office.

On April 27, 2017, the Pentagon inspector general announced an investigation into whether Flynn had accepted money from foreign governments without the required approval.
Flynn initially refused to hand over subpoenaed documents to the Senate Intelligence Committee, pleading the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination, but a compromise with the committee was worked out.

On December 1, 2017, it was reported that Michael Flynn had accepted a deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller to plead guilty to a single count, that of "willfully and knowingly" making "false, fictitious and fraudulent statements" to the FBI, a felony.

K.Gaines - "Opulence" (Official Video) | @1kgaines |

Opulence (Explicit) by Ticket To Elsewhere & K. Gaines & Maxwell Benson on VEVO.

Brooklyn emcee K.Gaines presents the Rae Maxwell-directed music video for "Opulence", the first single from Ticket To Elsewhere, his forthcoming collaboration EP with Los Angeles-based producer Maxwell Benson dropping December on Priority/Capitol Records. Ras Kass, Lyric Jones, Phaze4K, Leo Coltrane and Sebastian Marciano are set to appear on Ticket To Elsewhere, the first of five EPs K.Gaines plans to drop in 2018, each of which will be a collaboration with a producer from a different region of the US. Maxwell Benson has worked with Too Short (stream "19,999"), Rapper Big Pooh and Sadat X (stream "Sadat X Is Back"), and gives Ticket To Elsewhere its West Coast focus. Gaines' last album was Rumspringa: The Wildman Chronicles (Spotify) and starred in the short film Kung Fu Bum (Youtube) which was showcased at several film festivals. Los Angeles visual artist Reef Kills provided Ticket To Elsewhere's cover art. The artwork for each EP in the series, once juxtaposed with each other, will form a more intricate visual
piece with all the purpose and intention of a map which can lead you to hidden prizes around the country. "I was listening to a lot of Tribe Called Quest when I made this track," Benson says about the new single. "I was really geeking out over their use of basslines and wanted to make my own version of that. Getting in the studio with Gaines is always an exciting venture. He has a secret method and ritual that has to happen before he lays all his vocals that only those that work with him know about." Regarding "Opulence" Gaines says simply,"Either you are with it or not. If you don’t get it then it wasn’t meant for you. If you get it …welcome to Ticket To Elsewhere."

C-Trox - "Feeling Lucky" Ft. Eben Franckewitz | @CTroxMusic |

West Virginia Hip Hop rapper/performer C-Trox releases his new single "Feeling Lucky" featuring pop singer Eben Franckewitz (top 12 male finalist on the 11th season of American Idol in 2012).

Of the track and collaboration, C-TROX says, "I wrote this song about a girl I had met last summer. It was one of those songs that really just flows right onto the paper because it was all 100% true. I basically just told the story of how it all went down that night in LA. I really wanted to have at least one track with some kind of upbeat dance vibe on the album so this was the perfect opportunity. So anyways, got back to Morgantown, WV (my college town) and recorded the entire thing w/ an open verse for someone else to get on the song. I was set to fly back to LA in a few weeks so I just decided to hold onto it until then. Eben and I met at a random house party in North Hollywood last year where we had some mutual friends. Then earlier this year I hopped on a remix to one of his songs "Stars" but we never got a chance to really meet up and make something from scratch. So when I got back in town I hit him up, Eben rolled through, then him, Nicco (my engineer) and I all helped write the second verse which is now Eben's part of the song. He laid the verse and added a few harmonies to the hook and the song was complete."

C-Trox has performed with Blackbear, Mike Stud, Sammy Adams, Gnash, Aaron Carter, Lil Debbie, Mod Sun, OCD Moosh & Twist, Yonas, Kapslap, Huey Mack, Lil Skies, Hi-Rez, +more

LA-based DJ and producer JiKay release his new track, ‘Spaceships’ featuring the vocals of hip-hop artist MoeRoy. The production, which acts as the second release from JiKay’s upcoming EP (released 20th November) features a slowed tempo, and dark, brooding bassline.

This song is smooth as henny on the rocks and a perfect blend for the two artists, where you get to really hear the melodic tones of R&B with a bit of gangsta energy. The song gives off a late night vibe cruise, like after 11pm with the top down and nothing but the stars and the fine female in your passenger seat as company.

JiKay is also the founder of All Trap Music, a brand devoted to showcasing innovative new trap music via their YouTube channel, compilation albums and live events. After launching in July 2012, the channel grew rapidly by amassing millions of views from popular tracks from RL Grime, Flosstradamus, Baauer, UZ, and Hucci.

The track is from Don Of The D League, his forthcoming album on Marsten House set to feature Army Of The Pharaohs members King Magnetic & V-Zilla, Doodlebug of Digable Planets, Big Lou of The Streetsweepers and Adlib of Battleaxe Warriors. First signed by DJ Jazzy Jeff, he was featured on the platinum record "Trapped On The Dance Floor" (stream on youtube) by The Fresh Prince & Jazzy Jeff. After parting with the duo, Jazz signed with Select Records alongside the Real Roxanne & Chubb Rock. During the Select Records days, Jazz battled The Juice Crew’s Big Daddy Kane. Beanie Sigel and Black Thought credited Jazz Fresh as their inspiration. In the early 90’s Jazz retired from music until he met Kurupt of The Dogg Pound and signed with Antra Records, where he recorded an album that was never released. "When I first decided to come back to rap everyone was saying I was too old and I wouldn’t be able to do it," Jazz says. "I wasn’t taking the insults personally because people have the right to their opinion but I believed differently. I was going to prove everyone wrong. I linked up with Marsten House and started jumping on their cyphers, dropping videos and doing shows. Now everyone's talking about me. The streets are talking about the Don Of The D League. Not about my past. Not about the Big Daddy Kane battles or Jazzy Jeff & Will. About right now."
