It's been 20 years since the world lost the Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie, and Channel 2 Action News’ Fred Blankenship and Mark Arum found a clever way to honor the rap legend Thursday morning. Nothing like being on he job and still paying your respects to a legend and the producers approve. This is beyond dope.
