Laughta x Jammer - Pree My Ting (Video) | @laughta1 |

Grime emcee Laughta returns with a brand new, hype single 'Pree My Ting' produced by the legendary Boy Better Know member and veteran of the scene Jammer. The nostalgic Grime beat allows Laughta to deliver punchy bars full of heavy lyrics directed at the haters and people preeing her.

Laughta is one of the newest Grime emcee's who has worked previously with artists such as The Heavytrackerz and Face.

Female grime MC Laughta is back with a vengeance with her brand new single ‘Pree My Ting’, produced by the legendary grime veteran Jammer (BBK).

Says Laughta“It’s so inspiring to be working with such a pioneer from the scene who’s done so much over the years and his knowledge and guidance is priceless.  This track is about people who watch you. In this industry you can really feel that- some people are judging you, some are looking out for you, some people appreciating the rise- it’s all eyes on you!”

The up tempo riddim reminisces on the old school grime era, and Laughta’s clear & punchy delivery brings a fresh twist.  The duo clicked instantly in the studio, and created the track within a few hours, “As soon as Jammer laid the drum pattern, I heard the chorus in my head, and we both knew that we’d created something special”, Laughtaexplains.

The video, directed by Chas Appeti, launches on Monday 31st July at 7pm.  Laughtaand Jammer came up with the video concept together, and wanted to bring an element of fun and humour back to music videos- after watching a lot of old school classic grime videos they brought that era back to the current day.

Earlier this year Laughta released and charted her 5 track EP titled ‘My Terms & Conditions’- 5 grime bangers produced by grime heavyweight producers The Heavytrackerz (Stormzy, Solo 45, Ghetts, Lethal Bizzle).  With her hard hitting delivery and skippy flows, Laughta opened up in her bars across the 5 tracks; from the punchy call out track ‘2Faced Pagans’ featuring Gen (Black Magic, BlackBox), to the ball busting ‘Cinderella’, and the declaration of independence in ‘That’s Right’ ft. grime energy don Face.

Laughta draws on her multi cultural background in her music- she was born in Nigeria and is of Lebanese descent and this gives to her unique look and sense of style.
